Silverbrook Elementary PTO
The Silverbrook Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created for the purpose of supporting the education of children at our school by fostering relationships among the school, parents/guardians, and teachers. Membership in the PTO is open to all families and staff members of the Silverbrook community, and all are encouraged to participate.
As always, the strength of our PTO lies in the community we live in! This year’s community sponsor event is February 23rd, 2023, and it will be the night we kick off our online auction. There are several ways to get involved. Please look over the possibilities below. We look forward to partnering with you this year!
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Monetary Sponsorship*
Silver Sponsor ($249 and Below): Your company logo will be included on the Silver Sponsors banner at the event.§
Gold Sponsor ($250 - $499): You will receive your own publicity banner (3’x1.6’)prominently displayed at the event!§
Platinum Sponsor ($500 and Up): You will receive your own publicity banner and opportunity to provide literature and promotional items to be shared with families at the event.§ Website Visibility: All sponsors will be featured on the Silverbrook PTO website with a link to your website.
Online Auction Sponsorship**
Auction Items: All auction items will be publicly displayed at the Silverbrook Bingo Night on February 21st.
Website Visibility: Your auction item will appear on our online bidding site along with your logo and a link to your web address
Publicity Banner: Your name/logo will appear on the signage used at our event on February 21st.

Auction Items
We have a few industrious Seahawks (parents and kiddos) that have offered up some auction items in the past! If your Seahawk has a special item they are interested in donations, please reach out to Kelley Peck at fundraising@silverbrookpto.org.
Grade-Level Auction Baskets
This year, we are asking the families in each grade to get in on the fun! Each grade has been assigned a theme, listed below. Please consider donating an item to be included in your grade's basket or choose an item from the linked wishlist for each grade! All items will be delivered directly to the school or can be dropped off in the main office! We can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
